Project Management
Once the landscaping begins, you can commission Gaynor Witchard Garden Design to manage the project on your behalf. This will involve regular site visits and the signing off of work as it is completed.
The main reason for this is that landscaping is a specialised area which requires a range of skills. Garden landscaping has a number of construction challenges which are unlike any potential problems found in the interior of a house. Not least weather and wear issues. Therefore, it is particularly important that an experienced and knowledgeable landscaper carries out major external works.
The number of visits and the corresponding fee will be agreed with you in advance.
